Broken Home Hub 4 - Type A

Hi all,

a bit new to this, and just have a qucik question.  We have a home Hub 4 type A that got damaged when we spilt a glass of water on it.

Can i simply buy a new one?

will i be able to plug it in to the white open reach box? and will it work? or do i have to have the home hub registered with bt?

Alternatively can any one recommend an alternitive that will work?

Many thanks

Re: Broken Home Hub 4 - Type A

If the router that you buy does not set its self up automatically you will need to enter bthomehub@btbroadband.com as the username and you can use anything for the password. Most people just use BT.
