Bt 4g mini hub

So i am sure lot of peoples got disconnected last night because of thunderstorm. well i did for few hours

and then i decided to use this mini hub but when i connected my device to it, it said i do not have any data.

shouldn't this be ready to use when bt is down both internet and phone and there is no any customer

service after 9pm. so what is the use of this thing. am i missing something?

It needs to be activated again when a fault is reported, it doesn't stay active & ready to use all the time

exactly, it need to be activated by bt. that mean i need to wait until morning to call them and spend a night with no internet. this should be auto so is there is a problem in our area, it activated itself or by ourself from my account.

If you have 4g etc on your mobile you should be able to report a fault on there & get it activated like i have previously too
