Bt Infinity 2

Hi

My service, bt infinity 2 was activated today, i am connecting at just over 52 mbps, much lower than my estimated 63mbps, i know the connection has to stabilize over the next 10 days, but is it usual for it to go up during this period ?, i tried resetting my router, but it just connected at a lower speed of 50mbps, any advice would be welcome.

Cheers

Paul

Re: Bt Infinity 2

You must leave it alone for 10 days, resetting it will be seen as a fault, and will lower your speed.

Which BT Home hub do you have?

Re: Bt Infinity 2

The 10 days is a myth, even more so on FTTC.
