Had an openreach engineer here yesterday, he could not find out what was wrong, my speed is now 48mbps below my minimum guaranteed speed of 51mbps, the dsl checker has also show that my lines max speed has been vastly reduced to around 52mbps, this began as soon as the original line fault was repaired. I am at a loss as to what i should do next, can the line speed be put back up to the max which was over 70mbps ?.
