Spoke to Patrick the other day, who informed me that BT Wholesale had requested an engineer to visit, and as so I had chosen the engineer to come today between 1pm and 6pm, the engineer was a no show, and nobody from BT informed me that he would not be coming, which is disappointing seen as in my line is at 15mbps down and 3mbps up, with a 21dB SBR, and i waited in during this period, when nobody turned up

Your ISP BT Retail would not know the engineer didn't turn up until you tell them or they get the report in next few days from openreach
