Bt SpeedTester Results

Hello,

 

Can anyone help?

My Internet speeds have dropped and i think its related to the software update.

 

I get this on BT SpeedTester

Hi the reason your speed has dropped is that due to a number of disconnections of the hub it has caused the exchange equipment to seen your line as unstable and therefore now needs 5 days of constant connection 24/7 with NO manual restarts and you ip profile will rise automatically please remember not to restart the hub for any reason including the instruction in the speed test as thoist will start the time feriod all over again

Amazing. Didnt even take that long...
