I’ve been trying to connect my devices to a bt WiFi connector(750) but when I put both wireless key and admin key it doesn’t work I’m connecting it from a Vodafone router

Re: Bt WiFi extender

Hi Itsok,

Have you paired the Extender 750 to your router using WPS?  If so, your extender should then be given an SSID of "EXT-<router SSID>" and "EXT5-<router SSID>" which you should then be able to connect your devices to.  When you do connect a device to the Extender and are prompted for the network key, this will be the network key of your router, not of the Extender 750.

I hope this helps.

Re: Bt WiFi extender

if you still have a problem I would factory reset the 11ac Dual-Band Wi-Fi Extender 750 and reinstall. see BT help pages http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/55805

How can I reset my 11ac Dual-Band Wi-Fi Extender 750 to the default settings?
1. Make sure the extender is plugged in and the power socket’s switched on (check On/Off switch on the top is in the 'On' position)

2. Press the 'Reset' button for one second. Give it a couple of minutes to reboot

If everything's OK, the Too Close and Too Far lights will flash. (Note that you'll need to reconnect the extender to your hub or router).

See the extender’s settings card (on the back of the user guide and the extender) for default factory settings.

for help on install see the Video - Setting up the 11ac Dual-Band Wi-Fi Extender 750 at http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/56382
