That speaks volumes of bts interest. Elc treated a disabled customer like scum they refuse to fix all the issues and not one answer. Darren deserves the sack and so does **edited** promising to resolve the issues then setting Darren back onto us who treats the disabled like scum
Some of these errors we have had since day one of the account but there really our fault aren't they. Bt have took the easy way out and passing the blame to the disabled customer who is blameless in this. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the worst phone provider in the world.
