Bt box keeps freezing

Our box keeps freezing!!, very frustrating. Have done factory reset, checked Software update and have turned off at plug several times. Help!!

Hi @Scooby2019 welcome to the forum and sorry that your BT TV box keeps freezing on you. Call us on 0800 800 150 and speak with the faults team and they'll be able to resolve this for you.
