Bt broadband still not working nearlly two months after order

I ordered bt broadband and bt vision on the 31st of July. It was Installed on the 28th of August, however still the service is not working. I have spent hours on the phone to get some sort of explanation as to what is happening, but I keep getting messed about as nobody seems to be able to give me any answers. At the end of my patience with bt. Keep getting told it needs to be re ordered week after week, I'm given confusing phone calls, voicemails, and updates that make no sense. customer service had been appalling, worst experience ever agreeing to contract with bt as it has caused nothing but stress so far. Can anybody help?
