Hi, Can anyone give me a working link to the Bt broadband talk call charges, I could find it before but now it seems to have gone. I'm trying to work out why it says that it cost 16p for a 2 minute call to china I'm sure it was 1.5p per minute last time I looked?
This link just seems to go in a loop. http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7663/c/345,354,383
Page 28, 2nd paragraph "BT Broadband Talk Call Prices" the pdf below says "Details of these and all other calls not specified above are set out elsewhere in this gude."
Page 8 has international call charges from an "Ordinary" telephone line. These are the only charges I can see on the document for international call charges.
The above document was created on 1st September.
http://www.bt.com/pricing/ doesn't seem much help either.
I am confused, and worried that Broadband Talk will lose it's cheap calls advantage.
i am having the same problem finding broadbank talk charges, have just of the phone to bt and the guy said" hold i will find it for you",
two minutes later says oh its gone, well i said it was there two weeks ago, so he said he will phone me back with the prices.
so i just wait and see
re my last post ,
well waited for bt to phone back last night but no luck.
so phoned again today and success, well i thought so but, yes there is now a list of broadband talk call charges, but the call rates i was after are not on the list.
i am after the calls rates to phone the canary islands, the are excluded from the rates to spain so they should be a seperate showing for the canaries but oh no.
so phoned again, very helpful lady tries tries and yes tries again but cannot find the broadband talk rates the the canary isllands.
is there anyone who can help please.
The page now works but it says what I thought 1.5 p per minute to China. There is nothing about a massive 13p connection charge, maybe bt can tell me why I paid 16p for a less than 2 minute call?
Edit: Bt just confirmed a 12.5p connection fee.
