Sometimes when I am on the internet, it just stops working but still says I am connected then I will go into a cycle of go to turn it off and on, come back, works for a minute, stops working. What is happening here?
Also, in the adverts, it says the hub should be reachable from 200 meters away. I lose all connection from about 15 meters. Either the advert lies or there is a problem with the connection. Again, please help
I have had similar issues, permament blue light, connection fine, wireless strength 4 or 5 out of 5 but complete loss of wireless internet connectivity to a multitude of devices till I reboot the SmartHub- then works fine for a day or two
