Ok so how far because where the tv is the main phone socket is there and bt only send a small DSL cable

I am not sure if it is a plasma because it is one of the old fat tv but from 2007

Nail it to a tree a mile away from any form electrical devices like radios,microwaves or plasma TV's and use a tin foil hat , you do know that most modern technology (from the year 1995+) have electrical shielding on, and even more modern technology have to conform to specific build qualities set out by EU regulations to prohibit interference from electrical devices, basically today's stuff will not make a blind bit of difference on your connection, if any thing goes wrong, its a malfunction somewhere between your stuff and theirs.

ok but i have found trying different channels help but it only last an hour then it gets slower even moving it on to the window doesent help but 5ghz is faster and is faster then using ethernet

Ideally yes but your data rate is maxxed out anyway.

Hi but how comes I get 70 Mbps and 13 Mbps on upload on my old acer 5542 laptop but not on my new lenovo g580 laptop I only get 45 Mbps on there so I think it is not interference any more.

Probably an issue with your laptop. Drivers likely, but could be an antivirus or firewall issue.
