Hi, I have had my broadband (infinity 2) since tuesday, and there has been some constant dropping outs, where the hub light turns orange. Its normally back up in a couple of minutes, but this has been happening 2 or more times a day.
I've seen that many people have this problem, but they said it was now fixed.
My old normal broadband with bt on the HH4 worked perfectly and had no dropouts.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have turned smart setup off and will see if anything else happens.
are you using the test socket with a new filter or do you have an SSFP ( 2 sockets - 1 phone one broadband)
if an NTE5 can you try the test socket with a new filter and see if that helps stability
if SSFP then try test socket with filter shown here with black arrow
