I was on the internet and it was going really slow and then it just disconnected and now it will not reconnect, I have infinity2 with bt home hub 5 and its just staying a constant orange light on the router
I have logged it with BT but just wondering if anyone has noticed anything like this before ?
Try ONE factory reset of the homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds. If that doesn't work you will need to wait for BT to contact you.
I will try a hard reset when I got home.
I recon it will have to be an engineer job to get it sorted! I have a call back tomorrow to go through some steps
mine went down earlier but back up not sure for how long as BT have reported an issue in our area tonight
