Apologies if this has already been posted.... Since the servers have changed from yahoo, I can't access my emails from any app. I can only access them from the website. I've checked all the relevant settings etc are correct which they are, my password is also correct. At the moment i have to automatically forward emails to a gmail account to be notified of an email to my bt mail account, but i can't reply without having to log in on the website. Can anyone help???

forgot to mention it still refers to it as "bt yahoo mail"
Happens all the time, don't change anything and give it a day or two and it will start to work again.
Its been like this since about December 2019. Customer support dont know what they're doing
Stop all apps/ clients from trying to access mail. Change your password in webmail, wait at least an hour (that is the important bit to allow servers to sync) and then try accessing mail by just one app/ client with the new password. If successful, rinse and repeat for other devices one at a time.
But it hasn't worked. Ive changed my password and even temporarily deleted. Nothing works!
Can you confirm you are either a BTBroadband customer or paying for Premium mail. If neither, you have possibly been moved to the Basic mail service which is web access only.
Email account is gifted by my wife who is paying for broadband
