Bt mobile app issue

Any help?!
I have two sims.
I have been able to see both sims usage and allowance since I first downloaded the app.
Recently renewed my contract with BT and since then I've only been able to see the second sims usaged and allowance.
I have called, and been told the problem will be sorted within 24hrs and nothing. I have emailed, no response, I have Web chatted and told it's the issue of the sales team, which I called and told again 24hrs. Still nothing. This was weeks ago...
Checked again today to find the same message. My number not showing but second sim is all ok...
I have also reinstalled the app too.
Any ideas?!

Morning moderator team.
Well, my allowance for both sims I have should of updated today.
Using the App, I can not access my mobile number, and now, the App will not let me access my other sim?
So, I went to old faithful and tried to use the main website. And still nothing. Just a message saying that my allowances can not be displayed.
To date I have tried logging out and back in again.
Turning my phone on and off
And uninstalling and reinstalling the app. All to no avail.
Any other suggestions?

Hi Scott I know you've called before but call them raise a complaint and tell them to raise a service request. These take 5 working days to be fixed by the it department. When you call state you want to open a complaint to be left open until this is resolved.

BT are monitored to resolve complaints by offcom so if it stays open it will have a completion date x
