Bt mobile app

The BT Mobile app and the BT website no longer has details of my mobile usage.  I have been in touch with the help desk a couple of times re this,  and have been promised the issue had been esculated and it would be working soon. 

A call back would have been nice,  but no update as to if and when this will be fixed. 

I have just got back from holiday and wanted to keep an eye on my spend while abroad.

 

Any help with this would be good.
