So a few months ago i rang bt with the intention to remove bt tv but keep bt sport on my sky platform but i was told that was not possible (i had been with bt tv for years so i don't think i was locked into a contract) which i know now the person i spoke to was either misinformed or there was a miscommuntication somewhere.
I ended up getting a discount where i pay £10 a month for entertainment max which i thought included bt sport but i'm paying another £7.50 on top of that. I know as i'm now on a new contract i most likely won't be able to remove bt tv completely but would i be able to downgrade to the bt starter pack with bt sport or am i stuck paying for entertainment max which i don't want.
Also i also have bt sport on my sky platform as well as my bt tv box, am i paying for both or is the discount for having bt infinity still in affect.
