Has anyone upgraded from bt sim only to handset deal because I'm currently on sim only and tomorrow I am starting my bt handset deal and I asked to keep my same number and that was fine but I logged into my bt and it shows my bt sim only with my current number and another with the plan I'm moving onto but with another number. Does the sim only contract disappear or are they trying to make me pay for two contracts which I specifically asked just the handset deal? This might be hard to answer other than calling them again which I seem to constantly do
@Doc2016 Did you get that sorted? The order needs to be placed as an upgrade rather than a new handset contract to ensure you only have one number and contract. The mobile team should be able to help you get this sorted if you still need help.
