Bt sport activate (ID003)

For some reason today we have not been able to use the Bt sport app or online. It comes up with the can not activate (id003) error. When we follow the link to activate we login and it says that it has been activated but we have the same issue still. Have tried this a number of times now. Anyone have any idea?

Hi @Tobana, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. That error message can mean the BT Sport service is restricted or is not linked to the BT ID you are using. Can you make sure the account information in your BT ID settings it correct? Post back and let me know if you need any further help.
