Bt sport ultimate.

Hi. I'm trying to upgrade the bt sport app to ultimate for the extra 5 per month so I can view on a bigger screen but whenever I try it keeps saying it's not possible to do. I have access to the app as I have a bt mobile contract as well as broadband and by TV.

If it's a BT Mobile subscription to BT Sport that you have then I'm afraid it's not possible to upgrade it to Ultimate. You'd need to take out a full BT Sport subscription first, and then upgrade that to Ultimate.  Your options are shown here: https://www.bt.com/sport/buy
