Hi, all other apps and recording are working fine but when I go to load bt tv it says there was a problem loading the player. I’ve tried rebooting and checking it is updated but no joy.

Is this a recent problem , ie the BT Player was functioning before ? Or is this a new setup ?

It’s only just happened after having it running fine without issue for over 6 months
