Exactly the same problem - how can BT not sort such a common issue that apparently everyone is having

I'm sorry you're having problems with the error code. I'm assuming you've tried the self help at 'BTP' error codes on BT TV so please drop me over an email with your details and I'll look into it for you. You'll get the contact the moderators link in my profile.
