As of this morning I can't login to BT webmail.
I select my longstanding pw and e-mail from the drop down and then it loads to
https://strongauth.secure.bt.com/arcotafm/cap/controller4.jsp?profile=$%2Fsecure$%2Femaillogin etc etc
Then fails to a red error message "Please check you entered your username and password correctly and try again. If you need help remembering your username or password you can use the links below. "
un/pw is fine and I can login via IE etc. (I have checked with my other bt addresses and all have the same message.)
Cache and cookies cleared. Any thoughts?
If you can log on using another browser there is obviously nothing wrong with your password and account so it would appear that it is a Firefox problem.
Have you checked it is the most up to date version of Firefox?
