Bt whole home disc app

Hi I am having troubles using the bt whole home app as each time i try to connect the disc to the wifi it keeps telling me that the ssid or the password is wrong even though im already connected to the wifi and automatically connects once i click on my wifi.
I am using the app on a s9

Hi, sorry you're having problems. You say, "I try to connect the disc to the wi-fi"; so are you seeing this during set-up? also you say "I'm already connected to the wi-fi". Can you please clarify what you mean.

Also have a look at the thread on top of this forum. Point 1 may help.
