I have decided to keep the second one and try a few more things that have been posted on the community site that may resolve the Freeview channel issues and continue with my bt TV package

The same with me. The new hub reports varying signal quality from 60% to 90% and yet cannot display more than a handful of main channels.
I gave it a week, tried changing cable connections, unplugging signal booster to go direct etc.
In the end put my old youview hub back and happy days reporting 91% signal strength and 100% strength. Just living with the sticky remote that was a problem.
Conclusion: BT used cheap components in the UHD hub box and it's a pile of rubbish.
