So I switched to VIP where during the process they said my broadband would recontract
the day the order completed my broadband speed halved
raised a fault engineer came and said they’ve taken me off G.fast and moved me to infinity no idea why and I need to call them back
no change to my broadband package at all I’m so annoyed plus I’ve lost BTTV channels 8 had before
I’m now on my third call to BT and being told it’s an hour long wait (I do understand due to COVid) but I’m working from home with half the speed I had less tv channels than I had before and on hold
I can’t even speak to anyone online as the chat is down so I’m sharing my pain here..
