Thanks for the quick reply. I'm sure I did this early in my follow up process.
I just get emails now asking if I've received the voucher and if so the complaint will be closed.
Ive even had a letter from BT giving me details about going to the ombudsmen.
I'd rather they just sort the problem. Sounds like an even longer unnecessary process for me to follow.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I tried calling today, sorry I missed. I've had confirmation that the voucher will be processed and sent to you. You should receive it within the next 21 days. Can you post back and let me know when you have it?
