me too... It sure would be good if BT were to advise when server fault will be sorted out...
This issue is a BT wide issue and it seems to relate to the IMAP side of the service. I have been able to send messages using my Outlook 2013 client but when it syncs to get messages off the servers it fails.
The help desk said to me at 16:34 that it would be 4 / 8 hours to get a fix but I am not holding my breath.
Yet again BT lets us down as customers.
