I have been trying to sort out a problem 20 minutes talking to someone in pigeon English. I for one am leaving BT simply because of this call centre farce. It is a shame not everyone just says "up yours" BT and leave ! It is a complete joke. I want to speak to BRITISH people with just an ounce of intelligence unlike the Indian people you get through to, who read off a card and keep apologising for their incompetance,.
