Re: CHAIRMANS OFFICE

You have more chance of platting fog than getting it on a bt site, you may find it around the web though.

Let me guess you are sick of being shouted at by angry insane Indians ?

Re: CHAIRMANS OFFICE

if you post it here or mention the CCEO email address then the mods will remove it.

However they may also suggest you get in touch with then since the mere mention seems to highlight the post to them.

Re: CHAIRMANS OFFICE

You could say that. I normally get 7mb download speed but for the past 10 months i have had 0.5mb - 3mb. Its ridiculas, 15 engineers, new routers, new bt wiring at house, lift and shift at the exchange and still the same. Smiley Mad

Yesterdays engineer says it is a fault with the Capacity Management Team and he rang them whilst he was here and they admitted it. They said they would ring me today with an update but they havent. So i rang India, lol, and they said " never heard of that team "???? arghhhhhhhhhhh  Smiley Mad

Re: CHAIRMANS OFFICE

Hi Lee,

Give the mods a chance first - allow up to 72 hours for a reply from them

IF they can't sort this, which they should be able to, then I'd email Ian.
