CON-0048 Error Code - Any Help Please !!

Hi There

I am trying to do a very simple addition to my BT account. I want to add a SIM only plan. I have tried on numerous occassions but keep getting the merry go round error message Ref #CON-0048. I am slowly starting to lose the will to live and becoming so disillusioned with the whole set up just seems to be one issue after another with BT these days... the service was great when I first joined up. It would appear the CON-0048 is a fairly common problem how do I solve it please.. Can anyone help ?

Welcome to the community forum. I'm sorry you're having problems place that SIM only order. If you try the Mobile Chat Team, they'll be able to help.
