I've got two cables with little copper prongs sticking out of the air vent. I assume they both connect to the aerial outside for cable TV. Neither of these fit into the back of my TV. Am I missing a cable?
If they've got a screw type connection, they'll be either Sky or Cable TV connectors. For BT TV you need an aerial as the non subscription channels are delivered via Freeview
Hi @Emma95 that sounds like a cable for satellite TV as they normally come as a pair of wires. The cable for a freeview aerial looks like this image below.
