I received a new bt broadband hub today but there are no cables to connect to phone line. Is this normal?

Re: Cables

Hi,

If you are new to BT you should have got a hub, power cable, ethernet cable and dsl cable, if you havnt been given an ethernet cable or dsl cable then you must of had a hub before which already had those?

Re: Cables

Have you never had internet at all before? Its just an RJ11-RJ11 cable you need. The same as everybody else.

Re: Cables

Not in the UK I haven't. Either way they still should have sent me the cables.

Re: Cables

I noticed on the Smart Hub box the diagrams dont show a DSL cable or ethernet cable, and I didnt get them, wonder what happens when the Smart Hub is the default Hub BT offer to everyone 😮

Re: Cables

My Smart Hub 6 arrived the same & I assumed this was the issue for existing BT Smart Hub Customers only. Therefore no need for additional cables?
