I would like to pose this question. Should the BT Call Centres be in the UK.
I have nothing against the call centres in India, they have almost always solved my problems, but in these times of economic hardship, and unemployment, should BT support the UK economy and relocate the call centres to Britain.
A UK company should have call centres in the UK, especially one that calls themselves British Telecom! It is frustrating speaking to someone who you can't understand or they can't understand you, also many times it sounds like they are reading from a scripted answer to a specific question.
