Caller display not working

My elderly parents caller display stopped working. I bought them a new BT premium phone still not working. We have checked caller display is on the line which it is. Numerous calls to BT and much time spent on this that has resulted in them reinstating caller display twice and it still doesn't work. They have numerous nuisance calls hence this service is essential. Please can someone from BT step in to resolve? Thank you
