Not only have I paid the bill, but I have also managed to retrieve the pathetic £7.50 late payment charge, and the £12.00 charge the lift the outgoing call bar that BT applied to my account following this ridiculous episode, as a credit to my account.
Got anything to say about that wiseguy?
