We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
Be very careful. I started a new contract in July when I moved to Infinity and was told I would get a new hub, free connection and free delivery of the hub. Last week I received my latest bill which included £109 for a new Homehub and £30 for connection. They won't refund the charges until they've escalated to to a manager to listen to the phonecalls when I upgraded. They haven't come back to me as promised and have taken the direct debit including the incorrect charges. I now have to wait to get those back.......if they agree.
Funny thing is the charge for those still in contract was only ever £35 !!
It's a bit late now - you should have asked when you were haggling. If you really want one, then BT sells them with a large discount to existing customers in their on-line shop.
