Can activate BT sport on my account

I have just bought BT TV / Broadband / etc... and want to open up the BT sport i complete the details as requested and all i get is that BT have a technical area, this has been on going for four days, i have tried to contact BT alas with no success, could anyone assist in me getting BT Sport.
