I have had a fault on my telephone line for 6 weeks. I had a text notification today to tell me its fixed but sadly I still have no dial tone.
The website send me round in a circle with the links and the telephone line says not to call unless its urgent. Its not urgent, but the message indicates unless i say otherwise there will be an assumption the line is fixed.
So I'd like to email BT customers services but cannot find an email address anywhere.
there is no email address for CS sorry but you still need to phone at present
