I can't seem to access my Smart Hub 2's Management Console, on my PC. I've tried the usual 192.168.1.254 and 192.168.1.1 and neither will connect.
I've tried different Browsers (Chrome, Firefox and even Edge) all give me a similar error message:
at first I thought it was PIA interfering with my network, but it even does it when I turn the VPN off!
Anyone know how to sort this? or if BT know about the problem? (Can't get hold of anyone!)
Thankfully all seems to work via my Mobile! so I can still tweak stuff using that!

Factory reset the hub by pressing the recessed button with a pin until the lights flash.
