Silly question, do you have an Infinity connection or standard broadband?

The wizard should set everything up, but just check VLAN has been set to 101
You could try a reset of the TP-Link and this time put the details in manually in the Internet settings page. Remember to put in VLAN ID 101. It's sometimes missed.

Are you getting DSL connectivity but just no internet or no DSL connectivity?
Only thing left is try a factory reset of the TP-Link and put the settings back manually don't try the Wizard app thing.
