It has been really disappointing that my new BT mobile does not work abroad. I went abroad just immediately as I had received the samsung S6 BT mobile and the transfer of my old number happened while I was abroad. However the only think I can do is to receive text messages. I cannot call, receive calls or send text messages. As my stay abroad is for two months I am desparate for some help. BT services say that everything is fine with the mobile. We have tried with a different network but it does not work. I read that some people had problem with their credit score. But this mobile is part of a family plan attached to a broadband account and we have been clients of BT for the last 30 years. Please do help if you can.
