Can someone have a look at my line/router stats please

My internet speeds used to be higher. Then my home hub 4 developed a fault constantly dropping then connecting. Bt sent me a hh5. My line speed used to be around 68 but now is around 50. Upload speed seems unaffected at around 20. I pay for infinity 2 unlimited. Below are my stats if someone could point me in the right direction. The hub is beside the master socket. It's using the official filtered faceplate. I can see the green cabinet from.my house it's about 6 houses down. I realise cables don't always work that way but the distance should be short.

Strange. It's as if you're on Infinity 1 but with a 20meg upload. There is no DLM band of 55meg so it's not that.

Could of course be highly coincidental that you've connected at exactly 55000!

Have you noticed a dropping connection in the past?

Not really ... the connection has been quite stable. Had to reset a few weeks ago but otherwise stable. Is there people on here that can check my setup ?

Also the old home hub 4 was stable as a rock...

your connection has been solid for 15 days so better trying to avoid any resets and hopefully DLM will move your speed nearer attainable although can take another few weeks

check mybt but I think it will still show infinity 2

there is nothing mods can do only an engineer visit and a DLM reset will help apart from waiting for DLM to automatically adjust your conenction speed

engineer would need to find and fix a problem before doing DLM reset
