For quite some time, I have been unable to access BT Mobile via the MyBT "portal". On my Windows (7) PC, it works okay on Opera, but not on Chrome, I just get this -
It is not a major issue, as I have the Mobile App, but it is nice to occasionally access the account on my Desktop. I am surprised that such a major Browser as Chrome is having an issue, and I wonder if there is something that I can do to resolve the problem ?
I can access my BT Mobile account using chrome, albeit on a Macbook Pro. Try this.
Log in to MyBT
Scroll down to Your BT Mobile
Under Useful Links
Click on 'Manage your mobile account'
If that doesn't work, try disabling add ons or extensions in Chrome (Google it)
