They are BT.com premium accounts. When I try to delete a sub account it states 'This feature will be available by end of september'
I have same problem and have followed it up to some extent. All seems a bit of a muddle.
From what I've gathered, even although the BT checker claims my *.btinternet.com email address is a 'BT Mail' address I can log into it via www.yahoo.com.
Looks to me like it's a yahoo account, but with a sort of portal through BT.
Trying to delete from yahoo.com, told to contact BT via 0845 number which doesn't exist.
Trying to delete from MyBT told can't do it.
Phoning BT help, after some investigation told not to use account for 90 days it will go away.
Incidentaly, yahoo.com account has my name, address, postcode etc.
I need method to be assured that deleting account will erase it on BT, Yahoo and also delete any associated Yahoo account.
