@Anonymous nope can't do either. I know when with Now tv I was able to cancel anytime, but the cancellation wouldn't take effect till the 30 days had passed. I don't know why this isn't possible with BT?
I was attempting to upgrade my TV package and at the same time cancel a bolt on.
I'm having the exactly the same problem.
It hasn't worked probably since I applied for the discount on my BT sport.
Switch your TV package didn't work for me.
Just loads a page to say its searching for deals. Then says sorry deals can't be shown.
I was interested in added sky sports for the last few games.
Did You login to MyBt first?
It's a shortcut button which requires you to be logged in, if you try to use it without being logged in then you'll just be re-directed to the log on page and you're back to square one.
Thanks @Anonymous
Yeah I logged in first before clicking on switch your TV package
It appears that I also cannot maintain my tv package online. I have tried changing tv package from front page after logging in and also tried may links while logged in. Also get this message
Hi Kevin. Sorry, but at the moment we can only show personalised deals for customers who already have broadband with us.
I have FTTP broadband and BT halo2.
Regards,
Kevin.
