That's the classic no phone line response. You sure the other houses don't have phone lines?
I don't think so, although I'm doubting myself now.
We've all been told we haven't been able to get phone lines or broadband on the estate because of cabling issues into the site.
Under the USO Openreach have to supply you with a phone line. The developer really screwed up not getting FTTP.
