I've been helped to fix a big problem with some old BT email accounts that I never migrated and where I was stuck in a loop. Details are here: here.
When I then went to log into My BT (to check that BT has my new email address in my profile) I couldn't. It doesn't accept either my ID or my password.
I went to 'Forgotten Username" but everything I tried failed so I went to 'Forgotten Password'. To change my password I had to access my "BT ID". I went to that and used my phone number but it still won't let me in. Every combination I've tried has failed. I use Norton Identity Safe (Vault) and perhaps I've clicked 'save this new log-in?' by mistake but it should still take the info stored there.
I was locked out yesterday because of so many failed log-ins so would appreciate some help! Thanks.
